I am a friendly introvert. I love people, but mostly in smaller doses. I enjoy intimate social settings, and don’t like to shout to be heard. I am not the life of the party, but I will be there to help set up and clean up after!
Why on earth would a person like me want or need a website? We (the throngs of the unpublished) have been told we need a platform, a place where people can find us and see if they like our work. This has become mandatory for catching the eye of a potential publisher.
So, I am stepping out from behind my writing desk, where my old office chair bears the curves of decades of use from only my bottom, to let you know…
I wrote a book. I hope its characters are believable and its themes lead people to a greater understanding of the One Great Love. I believe that of all the beautiful things in this world, this is the most important thing to know: God loves you and wants you to know him.
I want the world to know about my best friend Jesus. But I have never been the person who can go up to a stranger and begin a spiritual conversation. I mean, I’ve done it, and failed miserably. It is my dream to tell the world through story that God is real and He is trustworthy.
